Our Exciting New Division, Care 4 Less is here:

Tribe Together & Care 4 Less

Tribe Together is committed to supporting individuals and families across our community, especially those who may be struggling to access the care and resources they need. As part of this commitment, we are proud to offer Care 4 Less services – providing high-quality, professional, and compassionate home care for adults facing illness, disability, or the challenges of ageing.

By working alongside Care 4 Less, Tribe Together can ensure that those in need receive not only practical support in their day-to-day lives, but also the dignity, independence, and reassurance that comes from having companions when it matters most.

To make this possible, we are actively exploring funding and grant opportunities that will allow us to extend this support to those who may not otherwise be able to access it. This includes:

  • Government and local authority grants (e.g., Disabled Facilities Grants) to help with home adaptations and essential living support.

  • Charitable trusts and foundations (such as Carers Trust, Friends of the Elderly, and Turn2us) that provide grants for carers, older people, and those living with disabilities or long-term illness.

  • Social investment opportunities to strengthen our capacity and ensure these services remain accessible to the wider community.

Through these avenues, Tribe Together aims to remove financial barriers, ensuring that Care 4 Less support is available to everyone who needs it – not just those who can afford it.
